World Class Recording at the Jersey Shore.
Shorefire Recording Studio is located just blocks from the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Long Branch, New Jersey. Originally opened as GT Recording Studios in the basement of George and Tom Elliott's Church Street home in 1971, the studio then moved to the current location in 1978 and is now owned and operated for the past 29 years by lifelong Jersey Shore musician/producer/audio engineer, Joe DeMaio.
Whether you're with a label, or you're an independent artist, we approach every project with a constant commitment to quality. Our equipment is world class, and our atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Shorefire will help you make a recording you're proud of.
The centerpiece of the control room is the Helios console "Big Brownie". This very console was the last Helios ever made! It features 40 input x 32 buss x 32 monitor. Click here for more Helios information.
The live tracking room is the largest at the shore, and you will be hard pressed to find a larger live room anywhere in the tri-state area. At 48'x 38' x 24' with 4 iso booths, it's perfect for recording bands (live) all together at the same time!
